Hello, my name is Jadlyn Roberts Wolff, I'm a home baker from Rochester New York. I officially started my bakery in November of 2025 after over twenty years or dreaming, training and strategizing. fallow me on this journey and lets see what the future has in store together!
Who we are?
I am a Home bakery with training in culinary arts. I have a passion for creating high quality upscale desserts for any occasion. I love to come up with new and exciting flavor combinations for my deserts, and I enjoy bring my and my customers visions to life. I specialize in custom cakes, however I do consider my self an ALL AROUND BAKER!

I started baking at the age of eight in my home kitchen. luckily my mothers love for me and her understanding of my passion for baking out weighted her desire for a clean kitchen! after year of tearing up her kitchen I i had the opportunity to join a student ran restaurant shortly after starting high school, I was the first freshman to be immitted in to this program. this program lasted two years, after which I switched to another more prestigious program and restaurant at the Eastern Monroe career center where I finished out my high school career and graduated with a certificate in culinary Arts

Our Roots
I would not be who; or where I am today, if it were not for my mother Bridget Burns allowing me to make a complete mess of her kitchen for the first few years of my journey! my amazing mother unfortunately passed in November of 2025. It was a hard time for anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She wasn’t just my rock but a structural pillar for her friends, family and her clients as well. I was lucky enough the get to share my process of starting this business with my mother before she passed. Its because of her I have the skill and confidence to pursue my dream!
